Questions

Is my Stripe key safe?: You create a restricted key that can only read. It can't charge, refund or change anything. We encrypt it with a key that lives outside the database, never store your customers' names or emails, and delete everything the moment you disconnect.
Is my churn public?: Yes. Connecting puts your churn on a public profile. You choose whether the MRR shows exact, as a range or not at all, and whether paying customers, revenue churn and saved customers show. Your customers never do.
What counts as churn?: Paying customers from 90 days ago who no longer pay today, turned into a monthly rate. Trials and free plans don't count. The full formula is on the methodology page.
I sell mostly annual plans. Is that fair?: Annual customers only count when their renewal fell inside the window, since they couldn't leave before. Your profile also shows what share of customers pay yearly.
What does it cost?: Nothing.
Which billing providers?: Stripe for now.
